1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using LedgerPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Forward & Yussuf Solicitors, operators of LedgerPro.
2. Description of Service
LedgerPro is a cloud-based solicitor accounts management platform providing double-entry bookkeeping, invoicing, client portals, case management and compliance reporting for SRA-authorised law firms in the United Kingdom.
3. Eligibility
LedgerPro is intended for use by SRA-authorised law firms and their employees in the United Kingdom. By using the platform, you confirm that your firm is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
4. Subscription & Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly per firm
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe
- All prices are exclusive of VAT
- A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- No refunds are provided for partial months
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Share login credentials between multiple firms
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operation
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into LedgerPro. We do not claim any rights over your client data, financial records or firm information. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
7. SRA Compliance
LedgerPro is designed to assist with SRA Accounts Rules 2019 compliance. However, responsibility for compliance with all SRA rules and regulations remains with your firm and your COFA. LedgerPro does not constitute legal advice and we accept no liability for regulatory breaches.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
