By using LedgerPro™ you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern access to and use of LedgerPro™, a legal accounting software platform ("we", "us", "our"). By using the platform, you ("Customer", "Firm") agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

LedgerPro™ is a cloud-based accounting platform designed to assist UK law firms in managing financial records, including client money. LedgerPro™ provides tools to support compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules 2019.

Important: Ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance remains with the Customer and its designated COFA. LedgerPro™ does not provide legal or regulatory advice.

LedgerPro™ is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Service levels are defined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

7. Fees & Payment

Subscription fees are as published at lawledgerpro.com. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access after 7 days and termination after 30 days. We reserve the right to amend pricing with 30 days' written notice.

8. Data Ownership

All Customer data remains the property of the Customer. LedgerPro™ processes data solely to provide the contracted service and will not use Customer data for any other purpose.

Either party may terminate this agreement with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

LedgerPro™'s total liability to the Customer is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

Both parties agree to protect the other's confidential information and not to disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law or regulation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
